Accessory Dwelling Units

The Mountain Housing Council believes that secondary unit such as granny units (often referred to as ADUs or Accessory Dwelling Units) are one way to generate more diverse and affordable housing products for locals.

Currently, Mountain Housing Council has a tiger team dedicated to promoting ADUs in the region, including how to make it easier for homeowners to add these to their properties.
